  1. 1.) Create a directory like C:\Program Files\MagicTCP
  2. 2.) Copy MagicTCP.ocx into this directory
  3. 3.) Call REGSRV32.EXE with the full pathname of the MagicTCP ocx, e.g.:
  4.     REGSRV32 "C:\Program Files\MagicTCP.ocx"
